Charles B. Price Jr. possesses a level of knowledge that comes from nearly three decades of extensive research, investigation, litigation, and trial experience. He has particular knowledge in the highly specialized fields of personal injury and medical malpractice law.

Mr. Price has spent his entire career on Orange Street serving the legal needs of injury victims, policyholders, and small businesses in and around New Haven. He puts his extensive background and knowledge behind his work for each client. By doing so, he obtains maximum compensation and justice for families, children, the elderly, and business owners who have suffered from the negligence or misconduct of others.
Most recently, Attorney Price was a principal in the firm of Bartholomew & Price, LLC. Previously he was a member of the firm of Jacobs, Grudberg, Belt and Dow, P.C.
Education
He graduated with a B.S. with Highest Honors from Northeastern University in 1980 and received a J.D. from Temple University in 1983. There he was a member of the Temple Law Quarterly and the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Memberships
Mr. Price is a member of the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, a member of its Continuing Legal Education Committee and its Medical Malpractice Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Connecticut and American Bar Associations. Attorney Price has served as Special Master for the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and has acted as a mediator in a variety of civil matters.

Areas of Concentration
Attorney Charles B. Price Jr. resides with his wife Deborah, and sons Charles III, Andrew and William in Shelton, Connecticut. He has coached many different local youth sports teams and for many years coached baseball at the Little League, Babe Ruth, and AAU level. In addition, Attorney Price is active with animal rescue organizations, and enjoys politics, reading, movies, playing tennis, basketball, volleyball, skiing and karate.
